Nautilus is a team of qualified and experienced individuals dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients.

Our directors include:-

Tony Hunter, Managing Director
Tony qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 1989, and in England in 1995, whilst in commercial practice with Borland, Montgomerie Keyden (Glasgow). In 1996 he joined Nautilus Management as Managing Director and is the Company Secretary to several of the company's public and private clients.

Having worked as a member of the management team for several of our clients, he has extensive experience of company secretarial matters, corporate transactions and UK regulatory practice and requirements as applicable to both listed and private UK and overseas companies.
